Can you add AC to a 1983 110?

Thinking about a 1983 110 and wondering if I can get AC installed. I know for the right price I can do anything I want. My question is more like for the same money I would spend to get a used AC kit for a 95 can I do the same for an 83? Also, what are the differences in the systems?

Thanks,
Alex

One is a 2.5 gas, and the other is a 200tdi. In my search for one is there an engine you would recommend? If I have AC for a 95 D90 would I be able to install it in an 83 with different hoses?

If you need any parts for the Elite systems let us know. We are the exclusive authorized US dealer for the Elite/Smiths AC units in the USA.
As for fitting a V8 95 AC system to either of those motors, you can do it for sure. You'll need to change the wiring around a little (no EFI to deal with) and either adapt (via custom braket or something)the V8 compressor to the engine, or swap out the compressor depending on what engine you end up with. Swapping it will likely mean you need a couple of different or modifided hoses.
