Can't quite tell if it will work or not. The one in my 94 D90 needs to be replaced and I don't feel like pulling the seat box if I don't have to.

Interesting question. Looking at the YRM unit unconvinced but worth a shot

The non NAS genuine ones aren't expensive.

I have the box, I just need to fit it. :-)

I probably should galvanize first but I don't have that kind of time.

I replaced the tool box side recently using the YRM kit. Didn't have to remove the box. Just riveted in...

did a 110 with the YRM heavy gauge aluminum but it came in pieces not one lump like the steel ones.

We have a saying in the offshore Seismic world, "there is never time to do it right, but always time to do it twice"

To me, the heavy gauge YRM battery box makes more sense than the steel oem. The galvanic corrosion between the two is what destroys seat box's.

All it has to do is outlast the frame which it will. I only drive the truck less than 1000 miles a year.
