I've done it before, it's not hard, just incredibly tedious, especially getting everything re-aligned so you don't have an obnoxious window that's slower than the others. My guess though is, if Japaneese engineering is at all reflected in the steering rack I just did in an Infiniti, the Japanese don't have serviceability in mind when they design these things. Expect a lot of hard to reach fasteners, and things that are next to impossible to access.
