If you are buying new caliper and rotors, then you you should change to the more common ones used on the 110s. They use larger pistons and pads, so stop better. You could also change to vented, if you want as the cost is pretty much the same.
Any Rover parts supplier of your choice will be able to supply them. I would suggest using OEM parts for the calipers and pads. Rotors don't seem to matter.
