Will a 49 state 1997 D90 Defender pass California emission test?
What are the specific differences?

I don't know about the brakes, only their unreliability.

Make sure it is not listed as a *High Powered Military styled Assault Vehicle*

PS- basic tune up and oil change might help..

Don't forget hi capacity. We're limited to 15 passengers here in Colorado now.

My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."

My heart bleeds for you man, over here in NY *we don't need 10 passengers Safeact* and are limited to 7 !!

At least you have recall....(if I recall) and it's been effective. NYS has no recall laws.
