Bulkhead modifications for 300tdi

I have a bulkhead off a NAS defender that I am using for the D90 300tdi I'm building. Today, I got the air intake hose that goes from the air cleaner to the turbo (air cleaner hasn't arrived yet). It appears the bracket on the bulkhead for the V8 air cleaner is in the way. Does that need to be cut off? How much?

Yes, remove the entire thing. IF you have a spot weld cutter, cutthe spotwelds and remove it or grind the spot welds...

I used a spot weld cutter from eastwood that doesnt require drilling a pilot hole all the way through the underlying panel.

Also, you will need to fabricate and angle bracket for the clutch hose which will mount to the passenger footwell.

http://www.eastwoodco.com/ lol I was just posting the same thing.

Do you have a new engine/kit? IF so, it comes with the clutch hose bracket. If not, very easy to make.
