Brush Guard

Hi All,

I was hoping someone would be able to guide me in the right direction for my original brush guard. the issue is that there a few areas of pitting....if i stripped the paint off and minor rust, what do i do with the pitted area? has anyone gone through this before?

thank you for your help
Seth

If you sandblast you could use a filler and then DA sand, Prime and Paint.

Depending on how deep it is you can use bondo. With the questions you are asking you might be better served taking it to a body shop and having them do it, in stead of getting all the tools to do it.

that was my original plan, but did have the thought of using my fiends tools and help to give it a go myself.

I was told by a local body shop that it would probably be cheaper to buy a new one. unfortunately the one I have is no longer available.

thank you
