Looking for someone who can look after some things I can't

What do you need doing? ... no direct experience with this shop other than he thrust a business card in my hand at a gas station once.

There are a few shops that people have had good experience and plenty where they had a large uncomfortable object rammed in their colon ...

Tranny clean
General overview of condition
I have been ill and can only do minor things, so looking for and honest and reliable
Shop.
I see they have quite a few Defenders outside ?

They can adjust the caster by replacing the worn out front springs.

You're not asking for anything overly difficult - hell I can tell you general overview of condition. Aesthetically or mechanically or both? Is there a particular reason you want an alignment? Is it driving like crap around 55mph or something?
