Bringing seats in from the UK

What's the best plan for buying and bringing in upgraded seats from the UK? Has anyone found an economical way to bring them in?

Check with Dave...on this link. http://www.urbanlandcruisers.com/welcome.html

I know it says Land Cruisers - but he imports a ton of LR stuff...I was going to do some doors with him last year but found them locally instead

Size and weight are the two things that make the economics of this idea dubious v buying in the US.

I've brought in Exmoor Trim seats from the UK before through Craddocks. Shipping was reasonable, and seats still ended up being far cheaper than ordering in the U.S. Additional benefit is they seemed to get here impossible fast since they came by air right to my town.

x2 for Craddocks. My quote for a lot of very heavy Exmoor and Mantec items is still much less than US sources with shipping. Guess I'll see if It comes via air or sea, and if I get hit with duties.

If you want to keep the same seat style it is really easy to re-trim them even with new foam. Safari Heritage Parts is the USA distributor for Exmore. You could check on prices for new kits. I have done a couple seat sets now and it is pretty easy, and replace the foams.
