I have not had any failures with any replacement Lucas switches. No name ones nearly always fail within a year.

roger that

gonna start with jumping the leads together, but me thinks it may be fuse related

i lost them this time after hooking up a trailer using the AB wiring harness (euro to four pin adapter)

which is fun cuz my fuse panel looks like spaghetti junction, including wires that go nowhere

Brake lights come on when the leads are jumped together.

Presume this means the switch is bad??
