Brake Calipers whats up w/ the difference here

It is my understanding both of these front Brake Calipers are made by the same company. Is one in a LR box and the other not? I am trying to figure this out - what is up with the difference here?

AB could be Allmakes or Britpart. Unless they say Genuine, it could be an off brand. Just try and get Lockheeds to replace your calipers. They are the OEM manufacturer.

Check Rockauto to for rebuilt Lockheeds from Cardone or Centric too. I've used both with success.

Hard to tell without confirming, but the AB one may be Proline or other.

AB doesn't sell Proline parts. The RN one is probably Gen-you-whine at that price. I haven't had a problem with the Proline rebuilds from RN.

The link from AB is a AP/Lockheeds Caliper, which is the same company as OEM (thats my understanding).

Yes. One is OEM. One is genuine. Should be the same thing at least in this case as it is a reputable well known brand.
