Bolt help needed on D90 Fuel tank cradle

I was able to remove the bolts without shearing them off but I need new ones. Does anyone know the proper sizes used?

Thanks

That would of course been the smart way to do it if I had not swept them up in the rust pile and dumped em in the garbage!. I found a page with the spec on a ton of parts including bolts and part #'s for Totally Stainless. Unfortunately I'm still on the hunt.

Thanks for posting

Don't know about the 94, but the MY97 NAS Parts catalog lists the bolts as part BH110091L, which is a M10x45.

There are also all sorts of other fixings, such as spacers and washers, that go along the bolt.

Rn sells a cradle with all new bolts. Call and see if they will sell just the bolts

Replaced my 95 gas tank skid by an AL one from safari rover, got those same bolts from McMaster. Size us confirmed as well. I re-tapped all the threads to make sure everything was clean (I sheared probably half of my bolts...). And x2 on stainless steel hardware. Just don't go SS for the rear bumper is you are planning on towing/pulling anything with it.

I would not use stainless on one that attach the rear bumper if you plan to tow or offroad. Just slather them in antisieze and spray with grease or waxoyl once they are in.
