Bolt Bedding Compound

I am in the process of installing a Mantec Swing Away carrier and noticed when I drilled their specified size holes for the bolts that there is quite a bit of slop and I am concerned about water getting trapped in there - usually I would just use locktite, but this has more play than locktite would seal. Does anyone have a bedding compound that they would recommend for sealing these?

Thanks for the suggestions - had some Permatex RTV silicone handy so I used that. Seems to have done a good job, but only time will tell.
