Bilstein 7100's rattle

I have 12,000 miles on my 7100's and they are rattling like bad heim joints is this normal? If so does anyone know of a upgraded heim for them?

Thanks for the help
Eric

I couldn't tell from the pictures that I found of 7100's but it looks like they are made like Fox shocks, with a bearing of some sorts in the loop ends. My Fox shocks started rattling with less than 12000 miles but they were nearly all offroad miles. I went to the local bearing supply and bought the best I could find for replacements.

I don't know yet how well they are going to hold up.

Sorry to revive this old thread, but my lower heim joints are shot on my rear fox shocks. Anyone know if a poly kit is available? That link above doesn't resolve any longer.

Thanks.

E-mail sent - I have the standard Fox 2.0 emulsion shocks which I believe are a 1/2" bolt diameter x 11/4".

Cheers!
