With a little searching, one can find new Genuine Wolf wheels from LR dealership parts sites for about $80 each. That part number is carried through to US LR parts databases. Just sayin...

Real happy with my 235 TA KO2. Great on tarmac, ice, snow, gravel, packed sand. Got rid of XZLs when I mounted the BFGs, and happy I did.

What are options for 17/18 inch wheels?

Stockton Wheels in California said they can make these in 17/18...

BFG 265/75/16. If you search the old posts, preference was towards 255/80 that has shifted to 265 and bigger.
If on the road more than dirt, recommend all terrain and not mud tread. Its about road noise, and gas. In CA where gas is expensive, I dropped to all terrain which really helped on gas consumption.
BUT, I am going back to BFG 265 mudd for the summer/fall.

I'm getting the urge to replace my ol BFG MT KM 255/85-16..........Just looking for something a bit more street orientated. Lets face it we travel long distances on road to drive much shorter distances off road... A little quieter on road will be nice....The BFG AT is not on my short list.

So down to Duratrac v Cooper ST Maxx unless you have an alternative suggestion.

Falken Wildpeak A/T and Firestone destination A/T have both served me well.

Scored well on Consumer Reports for noise & ice/snow braking:
https://www.goodyear.com/en-US/tires...BBCardTireName

But, if you're one of the NE guys here who stores it over the winter, you might do better looking for one that scored well for noise + rolling resistance or whatever.

And don't forget that Discount Tire has a real actual 30 Day Trial period that they really actually honor.
