best type of coolant heater for 200Tdi?

Had the 110 in Tahoe this weekend and it hit around 9 degrees. The truck just didn't want to start but did after a lot of cranking. I want to put a coolant heater on it and am curious about the best/easiest instal type, freeze plug or coolant hose. Can I just go to Napa and get something or is there more to it? Did a search but it was pretty vague. Just looking for the best option.

Thanks, Jason

This may work. Although I would prefer a Webasto over this.
