Best place to buy recovery gear

Looking for a couple of lengths of 3/8" synthetic winch rope. a couple of snatch blocks, winch hooks, warn controller, etc. Current thinking is masterpull for the winch rope and OK Offroad for the rest. Any suggestions?

Masterpull is a great choice for all you need except maybe the Warn controller. I have purchased many products from them and they are very helpful and friendly. I usually deal with Jon.

There was a special on expeditionportal, not sure what the current deal is but if you keep your eye out you can get masterpull at ~25% off.

Your best would be to go back up to the Winter romp trails. Guaranteed once it got dark and everyone was drunk enough they left enough recovery gear laying around to satisfy all your needs.

I got my line here

http://www.winchline.com/

I would get

Tree strap (save the trees)
Thimble (more safety)
2-5 ton D Rings at least (more safety i have 6 or 7 D rings)
20 ' recovery strap (you always need an extra 20' )
30 ' Bungie Rope (great for pulling people out of snow and mud without a lot of drama)
Delrin Fairlead Rollers (I like the idea or rollers versus metal )
Snatch block (needed for tough pulls)
