Best leather seat cleaner

Hey Guys,
So, I decided to see what was under the seat covers in my 94 RRC. The PO put them on to protect the leather, but now, the leather is stained in black. The backing of the seat covers is some sort of vinyl and wore off on the seats. They are in great condition if it wasn't for the staining. Can you guys recommend anything to clean them without harming the leather?
Thanks for your help!

The best I have come across is Leatherique. Unique leather cleaning/feeding system, not an oil, does not stain, perfect for luxury leather (or any other leather). http://www.leatherique.com/

I believe that link is a US distributor of the product. Mine was a US purchase.

All the good ones are going to be glycerine based soaps, like saddle soap. What is more important than which one is the best is using it properly, elbow grease being the key ingredient. I tend to pick up the Zymol cleaner before any others but whatever you use getting it to lather without being too abrasive is the key.
