Battery cables

Morning gents

Got more gremlins...

I Move the battery around and power flickers. Deciding to change out both cables that connect to the battery.

Haven't looked underneath... Any one can describe the process of replacing them? And any have the part numbers and where to get them?

Jiman, you will want to make your own or have some custom made to length. Primarily because if you are going to do this you are better off using thicker cable. The ground cable is short and routes to the transmission/transfer case and then the frame, or visa versa. The positive cable is longer and goes to the starter. Get the right sized end lugs to match the bolts and whatever battery ends you like (lots of options and you can get ones to allow adding additional cables for fuse blocks, accessories etc.).

You should check the torque on the ground cable at the frame and at the transfer box, both of mine came loose at separate times.
