Badger Top Colors for Alpine White D-90

Looking to replace the aged Bestop on my 1997 NAS D-90 with a Badger. Interested in something not black. I've seen a tan top (think it was a Badger) and a grey top. Anyone seen one of these non-black colors on a white (when clean) 90 ST?

And I emailed Badger for a brochure so I'm sure they outline color choices. Anyone have any idea what a new Badger top costs?

Thanks

I think they are about $2500 with the door frame kits and weather stripping. I personally love the black top on a white 90. The badger tops are not shiny plastic like the bestop so they look a lot better. They are more like a matt color cloth like on a porsche top

You should get the info from Badger in a few days. When they sent me the info it had pieces of the differenct colored cloth. I was told to take the fabric book and place it on the hood of the truck where i could see it head on and the decide which color I though looked best with the truck. They have Black,Tan,Porsche Grey,Classic Grey,Silver Grey, and Pearl Beige. Atleast those were the top colors when I ordered in Sept. Unless the price has changed its a hair over $2600 for the top and gutter kit.

Either of your existing tops worth putting on another Rover? Mine is really starting to show wear (By that I mean the holes are getting a bit big to continue taping) and I think I'm gonna hold out on a Badger till after I get married.
If so, I'm interested

I like the gray personally. I think my alpine white 94 looks much better with the gray hard top than the black soft-top. I have the info from badger, they definetly do a nice job, I'm just waiting for my best-top to wear out. The po of my truck kept the hard top on most of the time, so my ST is in good condition.

Mine's decent. Its missing the rear window. Well I have the rear window I just ripped it out when I was trying to put it back in on a cool evening. I'm sure I'll be in C'ville before I get my new top if you want to take a look at it.

Thanks for the offer. I've got a Badger drop curtin that I'm using right now. I'm really liking it too. I can't wait for the top to show up.

Follow-up Post:

The rear window zipper that runs along the top needs to be sewn on and a couple of teeth are missing from the drivers side zipper.

I'll check it out when you're in town. I just need something to get me into "Surrey Top Weather", which lately I've been debating throwing it back on...I just know it'll snow then.

PM or email me when you're headed in town - Gotta at least get to Starr Hill

Thumbs up

I have a "Sonneland Grey" Badger soft top on mine. My truck is not garaged, and that top stays on my truck all winter. It's a little sun-faded now, but that's the beautiful part of the grey top....you can't really tell. check out my profile...i think there's a couple of pics in there with the badger on it. Also pics in the Trail Reports section under Blowing Rock, NC.
