Badger Gutter kit install

I just mocked up the gutter kit & pick up top I bought from Park City 4x4 (Sue was super nice & great to deal with) and am looking for a little coaching:
1:Doe the bolts just sit on top of the Snap rail or do you drill?
2: Do you remove the factory door rubber to put on the new gaskets?
3: Are there supposed to be stiffening strips where the top seals to the back of the door top?
4: Do you put the velcro loops trough the slots & around the loops on the gutter?
Thanx for any insight
Cheers
Steve

1-The header rail needs to be notched for the installation of the curved upper portion/
2-You take off the two separate weatherstripping pieces and install one that continues all the way around.
3-I dont know about stiffening strips, I dont have any
4-Yes

Those are quick answers, hopefully, Badger Chris will chime in with exact guidance.

1. Which bolts are you refering to?
2.yes. it should come with a new set of wrap around seals
3.yes the top should have aluminum stiffining strips that fit into a pocket in the top that goes into the slot on the doortop.
4. yep throught the slots in the gutter and around the loop inside.

Stephen,

Call me with any questions you have and also the most important tool you can own is a digital camera. You take a photo of the problem you are having and send it to me to look at as we talk on the phone. It's almost like being there. I told Susan that the gutter kit had to go with that Badger half cab kit because it is 1 of 10 sets that we had made and the oblong holes in the upper drain channel shield are spaced a bit different than the ones that we sell now. You can call me on Saturday at my shop 508-394-2680. Do not cut anything or modify before talking to me.

Steve,

If you haven't cut your header bar- don't. Susan can't use the one that she did not sell to you. She needs one with snaps on the ends and you two could swap header bars. I just talked to her this morning. Give her a call.
