Badger Coachworks still in business?

Have sent a few emails and have been trying to call for 2 weeks, no answer.
Are they still in business?

I talked to Chris a couple weeks ago and got some seatcovers so I am assuming he just might be on vacation.

I got an e-mail from him last week and some product as well. He's super busy. I actually meant to give him a call today and forgot.

I just got my new FDS II from them a couple of weeks ago (July) and ordered it like last Nov. or Dec. So, yes, they are still in biz, but it just seems very busy or just chillin' or hopefully a little of both!

Still in business and sewing my fingers to the bone!

When it gets hot in the shop I try to spend my precious time behind the sewing machine getting out top orders. A lot of people have been e-mailing and calling us, and if I answered all the calls and emails when they came in- I would not have made any tops. There are 3 of us making products here and I make and finish every top deck because I like high quality work. Tuesday it reached 96 degrees upstairs at my machine before I could finish a top that had to go out that day. It would be great to have some one else answer the phone or answer e mails, but they would all be deferred to me anyway because I am the one with the technical answers.

I try to take the time with customers to discuss what hardware is needed for their vehicle, and have started to send photos of the hardware needed to the customers.

That's it for breaktime. Back to making tops.

Matt:

Be patient...it is worth it.

Badger is not Amazon "1-click" :-)

But when you do get Chris on the phone...he is VERY helpful.
