Axle identification help needed

Hey guys i bought some axles from a local auto yard and this one i have no idea what it is. I searched part numbers but nothing came up. I was told it was from a defender but i dont have proof.. thats why im posting up. Can anyone help me out.. thanks

Front axle off a pre-93 or so 90 or 110.

Thanks guys for the help. when i picked up my dana 44s and 60s this was on the side and took it also. I guess by the last statement its worth parting it out then selling it whole. Its cool to know it might have been a military axle also. This axle is really heavy for only being a 28 spline axle. I first thought it could of been a weird 35 spline ford 9" .
