Automatic transmission conversion 3.5 carb engine

I am working on an auto conversion in a 110 with a 3.5 carb engine. All the logistics are done but wondering if there are foreseeable issues not having an EFI controller to work with auto trans?

Use a Disco 1 or RR classic trans that is totally mechanical.
There is also a really cool shifter that looks like a manual gear shift, but is designed for automatic.
Uncle Douglas installed one on Trey's V8 110 and it worked flawlessly and was really a nice setup.
I don'r remember who makes it, but someone here will know.

Do you have the bracket to hold the shifter? Do you have the kick down cable figured out? Just thinking....
