Are these PS brackets interchangeable?

Based on the diagrams and images I have seen leads me to believe they are very similar but don't have both in front of me to compare. Anyone know if that is the case?

First image Allbrit.de - Ersatzteile für LAND ROVER & MG ROVER is 2.5 petrol, diesel, or TD bracket part #2 in the diagram and LR part number ERC6974. Second image is 200tdi bracket Allbrit.de - Ersatzteile für LAND ROVER & MG ROVER also part #2 in the diagram and LR part number ETC8854.
