ARB Locking Diff.

I was using my ARB to air up a HUGE raft this sommer in 99 degree weather.

Probably (well - in hindsight - definitely) not smart.

It ran for maybe 45 minutes and DIED on me. Hasn't worked since.

Any ideas?

Am I toast?

Honestly (and I have no excuse) I haven't even checked the fuses. Could this be the problem?

The unit was on my 90 when I bought it - so I know VERY little about it.

Thanks

Mike

It very well may be toast... but you need to check the fuse. If that doesn't work, call ARB, they are pretty helpful. There may be a rebuild kit available.

For 175 I will sell you a slightly used one! Never used to air up tires only lockers. In good condition.

ARB compressors are not designed to be continous duty. I'll bet you a cold frosty that the springs in the brush housing have toasted. You can fix if you feel like diving in.
