Anyone live near Little Rock, AK or know someone at the LR dealer?

I committed to buying a D110 there, but wanted to get it looked over before everything is settled.

Anyone live down there?

Thanks!

Neal,
sorry to hijack your post, but I am very curious to know if you bought that very nice looking NAS D110 that was on Craigslist a while back?
Anyhow it looked nice in the pictures, and at the price they were asking I think you did well. I would just have the seller take it to the local LR Center on your dollar. If you are paying them, then they are working for you. Any decent NAS D110 under $45k is a safe bet.

Yup, that's the one I am getting...very excited! I've been wanting a 110 for years now, finally one came around that fit what I wanted.

The plan right now is to take it to the dealer for an inspection, then have it shipped to NC.

I say fly out and check it out. From my experience that's the best thing to do when you're dropping that much cash.

Inspection revealed a small crease on the inner part of the frame, I decided it wasn't worth it for something I want to keep for awhile.

If anyone is interested in the truck, send me a msg and I can put you in contact with the seller and tell you what the dealer inspection says about the rest of the truck.

If anyone knows of a nice truck in the 35-45k range let me know.

So what exactly did the guy inspecting it mean by a small crease in the frame? Is he implying that it was in an accident that tweaked the frame? You can get a small crease in the frame simply using a floor jack incorrectly.
The 35-45 range NAS D110s are going to be rusted to hell or sold by someone who has no clue as to what it is.
I still say you should see it for yourself. If it wasn't so far away I would look at it for you.
PMed you... (msg)
