Anyone here live in or near Hilton Head,SC ? ?

Looking for someone to take a look at a 97 wagon for me at the Porsche-Jaguar dealer in Hilton Head. I'm located about 700 miles from there, hence the request. Thanks.

Mark,

My wife and I are vacationing in HHI next Saturday. I'd be happy to look at it for you. Let me know...

Cheers...

Mike

Many thanks to both of you. It would be great to have two opinions and your general impressions. About 18 months ago, I sold my '94 D90 which had been my daily driver for 7 years. I still have a bad case of sellers remorse. By the way, this truck is white with 60m or so miles. I really don't want to impose on your vacation time so if you find there isn't time to do this don'y worry about it.

Best regards.

I have kids so I'll try if the opportunity presents itself. Sounds like Mike is dinking it so he may have more freedom.

Sorry. couldn't make it. 4 year old and 1.5 year old didn't allow for any pitstops. my nerves are shot.

Mike,
Did you go down in your D? I only saw one white SW down there.

Yup...the ride was a total blast! We visited the Biltmore Estates in Asheville, NC for two days and then headed to HHI. We have not seen any Defenders along the way . We did stop at the Jaguar/LR dealership in HH to look over a 97 SW for Mark Andersen. We may take the Blue Ridge Parkway home for a more scenic route. Here is pic of my D90 and the Biltmore Estate...

Cheers...
