Anyone hear from ECR?

I've tried calling on several occasions, I've tried e-mailing Holly, I've tried e-mailing the "info" address - no answer on the phone and no replies to the e-mails. Anyone have the skinny on how to get in touch with them these days?

thanks,
-Nadir

Haven't you heard? Corporate takeover. They are my east branch now.

LOL

Send Holly some flowers and ask her to call you back.

I talked to Mike this morning and he is recovering from surgery for a shattered collar bone from a motorcycle accident.

Speedy recovery Mike.

We are always here during business hours
207-594-8086
or email.
I check my email (info) a couple times a day and even kept up pretty good while in/out the last couple weeks.
I checked it this morning and answered all.
Holly checks hers numerous times a day as well.

If you are in CA make sure you are calling during east coast time, and if you call during lunch we may have run to the store for a few minutes.

Mike - glad to hear you're OK, but really now - how is that F800GS doing?

I did mine the same 3 years ago. I had to get a metal plate and 8 screws. I have broken many bones but I found the clavicle to be the worst. Get well soon, and if they recommend PT... do it!!!

Thanks for the kind words guys.

The bike is fine. Not a scratch. This was an off road "off" in the mud so the bike made out much better than I did.

I have the same thing. Long plate and 7 or 8 screws. The bone was broken in 4 places.
I start PT next week.

Thanks.

Since we're sharing shark bite stories, I had a similar injury when I was in 5th grade. I was riding my bicycle down a main street between traffic and parked cars, when a BMW clipped me from behind and I went right into the side view mirror of a parked car. This was before mirrors could be folded in, so it did not give at all. Had my collar bone sticking through my skin, and a few broken ribs...one of which punctured my lung. It was a hit and run AND I was wearing my favorite shirt which the hospital had to cut off of me.

Scariest feeling was only being able to breath in 5%. Best of luck to you Mike, it's a long recovery!

That's a drag. Best wishes for the rehab.

Gravity out of control sucks! (so do trees, shiney roots, stumps hiding in the grass and getting blown off your bike by 450 roost. Which sucks x2 'cause not only are you on your ass, but you just got passed)....

Man, you guys....
Do you want to know what really happened? He fell off his comfy leather office chair chasing his donut with pink frosting to the floor. Seriously.

Hit a tree road racing at 17yo- shattered pelvis. Hit a deer at 37yo- flailed chest. My fault/no fault, still hurts the same. Speedy recovery, and consider meteorologist after the Pendy hostile takeover...
