Anyone have this part???

I posted earlier about needing this part but I think I may have called it the wrong name.

I think it is an evaporation tank but not sure so I have attached some images.

The first one is what it looks like on a d-90. The other is a disco fuel filler neck that has it attached to it.

I am looking for one from a d-90, preferably a 1997.

Anyone have one they do not need?

Thanks

I do believe they are NLA. Did you break one of the lines?

I have heard that they are no longer available but I thought I would try one more time.

I did not break anything I just simply need it for my 110 project as I mistakenly sold the one off of my truck when I sold my old tank. Realized I need it now.

Thanks

I believe that is the "Evaporative Emission Vapour Separator" part number ESR2691. And no that's not off the top of my head, I just happened to have the parts CD up on my computer.

https://www.roversnorth.com/store/p-...er-90-40l.aspx

Hope that helps, but at $177.16, it might not.

Thanks Peter! I was actually able to find one off of a Disco for like $40 so I got lucky I guess.

However I guess for future reference it is nice for those that need it to know the part number if it is indeed still available.

Its an active part #. It has just been on "no ETA" for the last year or so.

I see Mike. You were the one that told me it was NLA but I thought trying one more time here would not hurt then I got lucky finding it off of a disco even though it comes attached to a disco filler neck I am confident I can make it work properly.

Good job.

It will be NLA soon. I spoke with the manufacture of the part and they say they have no orders from Rover and have no plans to ever make it again.
Rover doesn't keep up with things like this much.
They'll still let you place a no ETA order for a 90 soft top roll cage even when there is no stock anywhere in the world and the manufacture has no plans to ever make them again and doesn't even have the jigs anymore.
So in this parts case the "no ETA" is the same thing as "NLA".

We have "no ETA" stuff on our order sheet that has been riding on there for years. Drives my parts guy nutz.

Interesting. Glad I found what I found.

Mike when you get a minute let me know if you have those SS fuel lines or should I call Holly?

Thanks!
