Talking Any fuel in the tank dummy

I was down to a 1/4 tank so I thought I would add some seafoam and a little ATF to lube the fuel pump. I headed out to for a little drive and the engine started to hesitate and loose power " I thought now what" I turned around and went back home, engine was running rough and not much power. So I change the spark plugs and it runs better well off to the gas station to fill it up It started running worse and 2 blocks from the gas station it dies, gauge still shows just under 1/4 tank. needless to say with fresh 91 octane and a full tank it runs better than ever. Moral of this story is make sure you have fuel.
