Anti-seize on 300 tdi glow plugs?

Thought the ones I pulled out might've had a bit, any reason not to?

Also, let's talk torque settings

Valve cover gasket? How many pounds for the bolts, I wouldn't expect glow plugs to have a torque requirement but if you know pass long the information.

They use the threads as the ground path, so it would not be a good idea. The threads usually do not get stuck. The usual failure method is the tip breaks off and is stuck in the head beyond the threads.

As Briggsy says, read the manual for all the torque settings.

I use dielectric grease very sparingly on all spark plugs / glow plugs "threads" / light bulbs / battery terminals / fuses ..... anything electrical. Its "designed" not to interfere with elec conductivity and stop corrosion. Expensive stuff and you dont need a lot of it. Its colorless and has the consistency of regular grease.
