Alternator Question (3.9 V8)
So when installing a new (rebuild) alternator... this is what happened:
When tightening the IND terminal nut, the bolt came of. Funny thing is that it wasn't even fully tightened. So no way I was over tightening it, and that it should have come off.
When investigating, It seems that this bolt was just glued on? Can someone give some advise on how to attach this? I looked at my old alternator, and there it was actually bolted in. Not seemingly glued on?
Before I send this back and lose a couple of days, is there any way to fix this?
