I think this is the right place...the only thing I question is I remember the web site being alot different?!? http://shop.mean-green.com/main.sc

The site I'm thinking of also sold welding equipment for the hi-output....

Thanks Bill and Wolf. PPW has a new Nippon Denso 190 Amp with external regulator for $795. Also have three 220 plus amp models from $550 up that are not welder capable. Also must purchase a bracket for $75 to make these work. Makes me wish I had the 3.9.......

I'm going to have to research this more on sunday...I'll let you know either way if I find something. I know there was another company that made alternators that sold kits that they made for welding.
