Based on the generality of your question I would suggest you take it to a car mechanic who specializes on A/C systems.

Mine blows too cold. You must be low on gas.

I've got a full tank

I think my car needs more aircon fluid. Where would I be able to refill it on a 3.5l v8

You think?

I'd find an expert and let them refill it properly. Costs around $80 and takes about 30 mins.

Keep in mind that it's not as easy (to do the job correctly) to just dump more refrigerant (gas) into your system. Properly done the system should be evacuated and filled... If any moisture or other gases are introduced, the system won't operate optimally. Sounds like you should take it to an AC shop.
