AC Fan Speen, Only Blows on High

95 D90.

Anyone ever experienced this? The AC fan speed only blows on high. I've confirmed the switch itself is good, and with each turn of the switch the proper signal is sent to blower motor resistor. Only high works, no low or medium. Looking at the resistor (it's wide open) I can't see anything wrong with it.

My plan is just to solder in a new fuse. I'll post a few pics later today when I do it.

The bigger joke is that you'd want to have it in any position other than High and all the way on cold...
If you need the AC you need more than the stupid POS will put out anyway lol
