97 SW Seat Question

Why do some 97 SW have a twill cloth seat covering and some have the denim looking synthetic material? Anyone know?

They have been recovered or maybe a 95 converted to ZF. AFAIK 95 NAS SW had the tweed, 97's that denim vinyl.
