I just checked and the hose is currently indefinitely back-ordered. Land Rover Charlotte has one, as does Land Rover Carlsbad, according to Land Rover's parts ordering system.

Not sure where they got it but about a week after I placed the order I got an email saying this:

"We have located this part through Land Rover , however the price has changed due to availablity. Land Rover has made this part obsolete with no additional stock being produced . Please approve as needed . This part is in stock and available for immediate shipment."

The price went from $73.41 to $87.97 plus $11 shipping.
