94/95 - 97 Swivel pin

Quick question for those who have 94-95 and 97 knowledge.

Are the upper swivel pin bearings and dimension of the pin the same on a 97 and 94-95 Defender. Rather then plug the rough-road sensor holes in an ABS axle, can I install a 94-95 swivel pin and call it complete? Any gotcha's?

Thanks in advance for any guidance,
Jase

Mine are in need of replacement and since I no longer have the sensors either, and since the price difference between the two pins is huge, (1994-95 vs. 1997) I wanted to know myself.... so I drug out the LR parts manual and stated comparing components.

Though the external housings (swivel) part# is the same, (FTC3311 & FTC3310) up to 1997 VIN # VA105501, the swivel ball itself on the '94-'95 (FRC7065) is different than the swivel ball on the 1997 up to VIN #VA105501 (FRC2644).

The swivel ball in the '97 must have a larger upper pin hole to accommodate the large pin required to house the speed (anti-knock) sensor.

I do see that the swivel ball for the '97 (FRC2644) is the same for the 110, but the external swivel pin housings are way different.

For 1997 D90's with VIN #'s from VA105502, the external swivel housings have yet different part numbers (FTC5299 and FTC5298).

PS. The pin bearing and race set are the same LR #606666 for all.
The Timken part number are: Bearing 11590 Race 11520
