90 Rear Drum to Disc Swap
I'm about to do a rear drum-to-disc swap on an '83 90, I have a DI rear axle I'll swap in complete which will also give me 10-to-24 spline conversion as well as sway bar mounts (going to swap in the front as well.)
This 90 has a brake bias valve located on the right frame rail just forward of the bulkhead. I'm presuming I'll need to replace it, but I'm not sure. I've seen a lot of info saying replace it with one from a DI, or with one from a non-ABS RRC, or just leave it, or eliminate it. I was looking at the NTC8836 s a possibility.
Also wondering if I need to change the master cylinder. Looking at RovahFarm's site I don't a different one listed for disc or drum so I'm thinking not...
