8274 Brake rebuild

Just mounted a used 8274 on the 90. Found the brake rusted solidly open. If your rig sits outside, get a cover on it. The brake on the 8274 is unsealed and a corrosion trap looking for an excuse.

Anyway, I documented the rebuild. Might be helpful for some.
