300tdi starter parts?

I would love to have a Defender but instead I have a '99 Disco 1 SD with 300tdi and R380. It runs pretty well and serves me well here in the NC Blue Ridge. However, my starter is getting a bit long in the tooth and I am thinking of overhauling it or eventually replacing it. I believe its a Bosch.
Any places in US that sell parts for this starter ? I am thinking that the brushes and bushings might need replacement. Any advice would be welcomed.
I had parts problems with the original Marelli alternator but I was able to replace it with an early Saturn alternator 100A to which I swapped the pulley and has worked well for a few years.

Thanks for the help. Steve

It's a very simple starter, mine has 147K on it. A couple of years ago the solenoid started lagging, not engaging.
I took it apart & using compressed air blew it out real good and it's been working fine since then.
Brushes were in good condition too.

Sounds like I should whip it out, dismantle it nicely and clean it all out and give it a good once over then put it all back together with fresh, quality lubricant. Thanks, Steve
