300TDI on Ebay

I'd love to buy this but I can't right now.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1
They will also supply the rad/intercooler, trans, t-box, and a bunch of other stuff for just a few pounds more.

I was thinking about picking it up, but my email to them bounced. I also thought it was a little odd that they've sold 3 similar (i.e. exact same mileage, some with same pix) in the last few months. Feedback is all positive, but it made me wonder. I'm still trying do decide between 300Tdi and 2.8 TGV for my new 110 project.

The phone # is on the page? I know it's long distance but for an engine I would make the call.

Good point, but I'll let someone else take the risk on this one. I still have a truck to nurse across country!

FWIW, I've contacted them twice via ebay about shipping and got a very prompt response both times.

Ah, via ebay. I guess that's a no-brainer. Were they accomodating WRT shipping arrangements or is that proprietary info?

Wow, thats 3,244.26 which is very good even with the milage. Mine was $5000 at 40k miles and I thought that was a smoken deal.

"I still have a truck to nurse across country!"

Don't you mean Mike and Ron have a truck to nurse across country?

:-)

You might have to physically nurse it, but I have to financially nurse it.
