Awesome write up. Maybe you should re-post it to the "official 300 tdi performance" thread for a clear reference there. I've had a few issues with the quality and clarity of the explanation of how it all works and this cleans it up quite a bit.

Will this work for the HS2.8 ? Similar injection pump??

Heh, that mentions some of the little gotchas that I ran into last week. One that it doesn't seem to mention that adjusting the throttle pedal stop bolt will be required. Initially I kept making adjustments and saw some improvement but nothing on the top-end, then realized it wasn't adjusted, and that made a bit of a difference. However I suspect the biggest limiting factor now is the gearing, once I swap the drilled input gear over to the 1.4 case I suspect highway manners will improve dramatically, with the 1.6 box it loves driving at 80kph but any more and it feels like it's having a panic attack

Yes, it is the same. Was also used by Dodge for a few years.
