300Tdi Fuel Leak at Pump

There is diesel coming out of the pump block itself. Maybe low along vertical seam, maybe higher, then running down. What/where should I look? What am I up against here?

Lift pump or inject pump? I've had more than one lift pump leak straight from the casing. They are cheap so buy another one if that's the case. If it's the injection pump I believe there is an internal o-ring that can cause a leak. There are threads about replacing it.

If it is injection pump, I have complete seal kits for $19 + $6 shipping in USA.
They cover 200 and 300 TDI, but do not have the O-ring for the Disco 300TDI fuel trim shaft on the side of the pump that is unique to the Disc 300TDI.

If it's the lift pump and leaking out of the "leak hole" that you need a new lift pump.

Sorry, it's the injection pump. And I believe this is a Disco version.
