300 TDI drive shafts

I thought the stock 2.5 drive shafts would work in a 300 TDI conversion but appears I was wrong. Is there any other shafts that work or are they specific with the 300?

What kind of length problems are you having?
Did the "shifters" end up in the right spots in the tunnel?

With the 300 TDI and an R380 trans everything shifts about 2 inches forward from 2.5 and the Lt77. Using the R380 tunnel cover that lines up fine. Front shaft is fully retracted as the truck sits. Rear shaft does not extend out far enough to reach the axle

Front and rear shaft are sized differently from the 2.5 -

You will need new shafts
