You'll be happy you did. I've had the same set of Toyo MT's at 285/75 for the last 7 years. Still have at least 75% and no cracks. You'll have to adjust your stops, though. At that aspect the sidewalk meat rubs the radius arms hard.

Sorry to jump in late here tho what's the hidden secret on the Maxxis tyres?
I've been running 255's for 2 yrs now after doing what I concidered over researching finding the Toyo's only to be slightly better in this size n only going with the Bighorn's due to Toyo's quickly wearing out

Found a set of 4 KM2's in 255 (thanks Ren), i added a 5th on backorder from the same place, and will be finalizing my order of wolfs and lug nuts tomorrow when i can get a shipping quote.

the discounttiredirect eBay deal was actually a little ($ few dollars) than tire rack when you add in shipping and such)

What do you know, 4 out of 5 tires shipped today..
Should have them next week, now I need to get a set of wolfs and decide what to do if anything with the boosts.

Looks like they are starting to ship nationally - from the retailers i called there are a lot of back orders.. but get them while you can i'd say..

all 5 of mine are in transit now.
