Why not just use the cast flange you already have, weld whatever you want to that. Though, you could probably make a decent enough flange by hand if you measure and mark carefully. Drill press would be nice but not necessary. Hell, use the old one or the turbo hot side as a pattern and trace it up. Drill, file, etc, then take it somewhere to have it milled flat. Just thinking out loud here...could be half finished by now what with all the posting back and forth...

Of course, this doesn't get you a v-band if that's what you really want, but you could always buy the Ebay v-band one for the T25, take a disc-griner to it to remove the 'flange' part, then fit it up the to T2 flange you had cut and get it tigg'd up.

O you could basically make an adaptor flange using counterbored fasteners - but I think that'll be a bugger to make work.

Of course you could always upgrade to a T25 LOL...

For the sake of $45 - I'd get the ebay one as a starting point. If you don't play with CAD, I can knock up something for you.

I randomly stumbled upon a solution for this whole mess:

the nissan SR20DET engine in a silva uses a T2 turbo. It also uses a steep elbow turn and cheap ebay parts are available.

or

Just need to figure out what one will work in the correct orentaiton. Then bingo 3in exhaust outlet to a standard flange for top mount turbo defender 200tdi.

will obviosly need some creative exhaust dump pipe made

Some are with and without wategate seperators, some are duel tube some are single

Shop is in Livermore CA owner is a great guy named Hoover. Shop is called turbo hoses r&d. They build engines etc for race cars (have a bunch of nobles on site). Crazy $$$ but since installed the engine is unbelievable (it also was just completely rebuilt pistons up to valves etc all w new rover or race parts. Cranked out 600 miles crossing 11,000 foot peaks never broke a sweat (never got above 180) fully loaded. New turbo is a gt25r (t25 flange)
