Does anyone know the size of the banjo bolt in the back of a 200Tdi power steering pump? Trying to order a pile of fittings today and I need a metric banjo -> JIC/AN fitting there.
To update this thread for future reference, the banjo bolt on the power steering pump is a custom stepped job that incorporates a flow restrictor into the system. It cannot be replaced by a different bolt.
However, the factory banjo fitting is a 45* flare SAE #6 fitting, and can easily be adapted to standard hydraulic hose for any custom application (this is a 200Tdi/P38 power steering Series III).
Parker part # 20851-6-6, # 6 Female SAE 45° x 3/8" i.d. Hose Fitting should do the trick.
