200tdi fuel routing?

Fuel line from tank should go to which first?
Pump or Filter.

The guy working on it says in the big dump trucks he works on its pump first.

Hi Tom-
My 200 TDI has the fuel line going from the tank to the sedimentator to the pump to the filter to the injection system. Your welcome to look at it if you want. Relentless Rovers in the UK did a really nice job of mounting everything up on the the motor conversion. As you know, it runs great.

You don't strictly have to have a sedimentor unless you are running fuel of suspect quality, I've been running for more than 80k without one. If you gotta have one, either fit the LR one (which you can obtain from your choice of vendors across the normal price spectrum) or investigate any one of the wonderful products sold by Racor. You can even get a heated one if you like.
